Privacy policy

In short

Hartalis uses no advertising cookies and never sells any data. Almost everything runs in your browser. An account (via Discord) is optional and only used to publish content.

Account & sign-in (Discord)

Sign-in is handled through Discord. If you sign in, we store your Discord ID, username, avatar and Discord email. This is used only to authenticate you and to show your name on what you publish. It is never sold.

Legal basis: your consent (voluntary sign-in). You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the “My tips” page. Contact: contact@hartalis.app.

Content you publish

The tips you submit are reviewed and, if accepted, shown publicly with your Discord name. If you delete your account, your already-published tips stay online but are anonymized (link and name removed).

Local storage

Your breeding teams and preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. You can erase them by clearing the site data.

Your language is kept in a cookie (hartalis.lang, 1 year), the only one on the site besides the sign-in cookie. It only decides whether the site shows in French or English — no advertising tracking.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the message, your email if you provide one (optional), the date, the page it was sent from, and technical metadata (browser type). This is used only to improve the site and is never shared or sold.

Legal basis: your consent (voluntary submission). Retention: until the feedback is reviewed, then deleted. To access or delete your data, email contact@hartalis.app.

Game saves

No Palworld save data is uploaded: if an import feature is offered, all processing happens entirely in your browser.
